Drawing Contest “Our Wonderful Universe” 2026
Idea & Mission
The Drawing Contest “Our Wonderful Universe” is part of the youth Space & STEAM festival HELLO SPACE | Bulgaria Calling and aims to inspire young people to express their imagination and perspective on the world beyond the familiar. Through art, participants have the opportunity to present their dreams, ideas, and feelings connected to planet Earth, the vast Universe, and humanity’s aspiration toward Space.
The mission of the contest is to encourage children and young people to think creatively and freely, combining artistic expression with interest in science, space exploration, and the future of humanity.
Contest Goals
The main objectives of the contest are:
- To stimulate creative and independent thinking
- To encourage interest in space exploration and science-related professions
- To provide a platform for young talents through art
- To build a connection between creativity, science, and the future
This Year’s Edition
The sixth edition of HELLO SPACE | Bulgaria Calling will once again include a Drawing Contest, for which the official dates will be announced soon.
All selected participants will receive electronic certificates of participation and the best artworks will be recognized and presented to the public as part of the festival program.
The award ceremony will take place during the festival on June 26, 2026, at Sofia Tech Park.
Who Can Participate?
he contest is open to students in Bulgaria divided into the following age categories:
- Grades 1-4
- Grades 5-7
- Grades 8-12
